I'm so old i just realised the trophy I backed into at event 2 means i have at least one first place trophy in each of the last 5 DECADES! ;D Yep that is a half century.Would have been a little sweeter if there had been some competition. But Will take it. Had to really try for most of the others. Another 4 years and can go for 6 straight decades. Methusajames

I'll start... run printouts like SCR uses. After each run you get a printout (like a cash register receipt) with your run time and some other info. I've posted a question on the SCR forum as to what kind of information they put on the printouts. Anyone know if CCRs system can do the same thing? The Tidewater Virginia clubs have started using this same system. It really adds alot to the event. Results are also online within 3 to4 hours of the finish of the event. We saw this at a Blue Ridge Region event up at Lynchburg last year and they gave us the softwear. I'm sure if you contact them they would be willing to help you out with this. It is one of the best improvements I've seen in many years.

Let's try to sit down and hash this stuff out next Monday, 27th at the Social and put together a list of stuff: ideas for new workers, misc. items to aquire, etc. If there are things that need purchased we can put something together to present to the board the following week at their meeting. I would like to think that there have been some improvements since Steven and I first discussed AutoX Management down at Laurens a few years back. When I look at our last event and think we had about as many entrants as ever, even including 24 hour events, and how few glitches there were, things went off pretty much on time, registration lines seemed shorter than the first event, sure, a few timing glitches but, how many autox's have your been to when there wasn't at least one or two. The best thing is there are more new people expressing an interest in improving CCR Autox's and that's great! Mark Van Guy CSP111 PS: If you knew what the van looked like before Jason B. started the re-organization project, WHEW!, what a mess... PPS: I'm familiar with SCR's waiver table as I've been lucky enuf to get that as my worker assignment several times, old men don't shag cones... Markie. You know I'M with you 200%. The time is come for others to step up or shut up, IMHO. You an me an udders have been carrying it plenty. Welcome the new blood along widya and stand back. Lessee what they bring to the table!
