Hi guys,
I just registered for the autocross tomorrow and had a couple basic questions:
1. Besides me and my car is there anything I will need to participate? Numbering? Registration? Anything I wouldn't think of?
2. How long does an event typically last?
3. What time should I plan to be there? I don't guess I have any "set up" to do so hopefully 7AM isn't necessary...
4. Will I need to pay with cash or do you guys take credit cards?
Thanks for the help. I'm looking forwad to a fun and educational day.

Besides me and my car is there anything I will need to participate? Numbering? Registration? Anything I wouldn't think of? If you don't have your own numbers, tape or shoe polish (supplied on site) is acceptable.
I have some cheap, generic magnetic numbers for sale. I may have some class magnets. What's your number?2. How long does an event typically last? 3. What time should I plan to be there? I don't guess I have any set up to do so hopefully 7AM isn't necessary... I'd arrive when registration opens. That gives you plenty of time to go thru technical inspection and walk the course a few times.
We are usually done anywhere between 4-6pm.4. Will I need to pay with cash or do you guys take credit cards? Cash on site, or I did see a PayPal address in the Autocross section of this forum.

I can make you a set of black, 8" 23 on a white rectangle and a set of black, 4" "BS" on a white rectangle for $20.
Let me know if you're interested.
Thanks, Michael

Way to go Michael. Answered all questions and advertised. Kudos.
Welcome to Autocross. Glad to hear your intrest to come out. Dress warm to be safe. 8am arrival should suffice well. Still the sooner the better in all reality. It is a BIG site and a long course to walk. You'll want to give yourself plenty of time to walk that long course at least three times.
Any more questions that arise, feel free to ask anyone out there. There will be people in bright construction vests that are definately the right people. Once again, welcome.

there will be a few of us there just for the novices. IF you have ANY questions, ask for me or Mark, we will have some yellow vests for the main people working the event, so when you see one, just ask, Glad to see so many novices,
Bill Cox
