Hey guys, I want to come out for the last event on Dec 4, but this will be my first ever autocross. I can't make it to the Sunday event, but I'd like to come out on Saturday. Can newbies still come out this late in the season?
Thanks! Drew

Yes....come on out!
Make sure you let us know this is your first event. We will try to answer any questions you have, and perhaps provide you with some help for your first event.
We look forward to meeting you!

Good luck with your first event. What car and class will you be running?

I'll be driving a stock 06 S2000, so I think I'll be in B stock. Since I'm running as a Novice, I think use the letters BSN along with my number on the car. Does that sound right?

Actually NBS, Novice BStock... but it doesn't make that much difference.
Like John said, let us know it's your first time and we'll make sure you get some help. Also get an instructor to ride with you. A lot of novices don't want to swallow their pride and can get lost, frustrated and give up. An instructor will make BIG difference and you'll have a lot more fun.

Thanks for the advice, I will definitely find an instructor to ride with me the first time or two.
