Good separation of areas for paddock, grid, and course... I'm afraid it might be too small from looking at it. Does it compare to Metrolina? Or Knights? Google maps on my phone doesn't have the scale displayed.

Nice layout, but I'm thinking it might be a little too small. It's about 450' x 300' (135,000 sqft). Mike's ideal site is 300,000 sqft or more.

certainly worth a look. Having run several years at only Knights & Conti I know we can have a fun time regardless of size.

Looking at Google street view, I think a small fun coarse could be made there. Definitely would be good publicity cause you can see the entire parking lot from South Blvd.
