You've always kept me on my feet and I hav ea feeling this will be much of the same. Well, that's mighty flatterin' of ya, but with a couple of years of waaaay more seat time, (and perhaps more talent) culminating in a Nationals 2nd place, I think you've moved on. ;D If you can nudge out Adam, and I can hold off Walt (both Highlander invaders with the exact car models we have, and similarly prepped), then I'd consider it an "Team CCR-STS" victory! ;D

P.S. Does anyone else think that the entries seem a little low?

Should be agood mix as some will come on one day and not the other. Just remember Laguna: when it comes to the older iron/aluminum; you break it , you bought it!

I don't know if you had noticed Clint but Tara isn't exactly from Charlotte either. Yes, I know. And though it seems she's driven practically every autocross between the Florida border and New York State the past "year and a half", to the point that I'm not sure what her official membership region is, I guess we could claim her as a "red-headed stepchild" if nothing else. ;D She did go to Nationals with a CCR "team", and drove a CCR car. <shrugs> Adam and Walt might live in the "territory" of CCR region, but being Highlanders, I would assume they aren't SCCA members, so if you wanna say "Team SCCA-STS" vs. Highlanders, OK.

Just remember Laguna: when it comes to the older iron/aluminum; you break it , you bought it! I am sure regs will pick up in the last week. They always do. Whew...for a second there I thought he said he wanted to drive the Fierce Fiesta...but now I see he wants to drive a Festiva. I always figger if you trade rides, it is a crapshoot as to who breaks what. Cars break when they want to (right CaSSino???) and sometimes decide that it is more fun to do it when someone else is driving!!! ;D

That's true, but some people could break a crow bar in a sandbox.
Not that I'm saying that about Laguna!

OK... as of this morning we have only 89 registrations. I would encourage those who plan to attend to get their registrations in! Deadline is Friday.
Also - if you are a minor - you need to have a minor waiver that is SIGNED by both parents and if BOTH cannot attend the event with you, the signatures must be NOTARIZED. The waiver can be downloaded from SCCA.org and just search for minor waiver. Don't want to turn away anyone, but rules is rules.

They all break the same. Just some cost more than others!
As I say ~ It can't be broken, I haven't fixed it yet.

Highlander invaders with the exact car models we have, and similarly prepped Come a-head! Square-go, like. All yer pylons belongin' to us, an awl that rot, ken ye? You've got no chance.. I happen to know that your autocross chair is on our side: okay, so that's not exactly Highlander wear, but I needed an excuse to share this pic of Steven & Will that I contrived from one of last year's HSCC events. ;D

OK, so dumb question: Is there a way for me to just register for Saturday? I see there are the charges listed for one vs. two days, but didn't see where to specify which day???
