Oh my gosh!!! I can't believe this thread - I only went to one auto-x event I did not think I would be remembered!! I am alive and doing well, THANKS for being concerned - I do appreciate it!! You see, my other major interest is horses - and I have been so completely wrapped up in that lately that my vette has become nothing but an a to b car!! You should see the poor thing covered in dust and smellin' up a storm... In addition to the car thing I also train horses and give riding lessons at a farm in Huntersville - boy does that keep me busy. I show in the Hunters (which is over fences). I pretty much have shows/events every weekend. So that's where I have been! The only car thing I've done lately is go drag racing (a few weeks ago at Mooresville). I knocked out a new best, 8.3 @ 86mph. But that is besides the point because I know you don't care about straight line racing!! I bought some new wheels too. Wasn't really looking for them per se, but they magically presented themselves to me....you guys might know the guy I bought them from, Dave with the red 05 GTO (now magnacharged). I have been told about the Nov 12th event - I am looking forward to that!!   |

Yo, Kelly.. Did you make it up to the Hampton Classic? I missed that huydy toydy show this year. A 24 hr Auto-X took precedence.
