So I had this discussion with Andy Barbee and then forgot about it for a few days. In the thread where CCR is looking for course designers, there is a link to a pdf on learning how to set a course and it looks like this houscca.com/solo/courses/coursedesign.zipNow for those of you who's mind may work like mine, err wait scratch that, probably slim odds on that. For those of you who wonder about various elements of a course and why they are the way they are, this pdf is actually quite useful. It gives you breakdowns on how things can look visually different but have the same exact motion. I would suggest looking through it with open eyes even if you never plan on designing a course. For me it was a huge advantage for Event #2 at Continental because it was still fresh in my mind and I readily identified every section and was able to link it all with minimal thought.
