I've not heard from them about non-tagged cars... I did contact the club organizer yesterday but haven't heard back yet.

Awesome, thank you Rich. A lot of the ones with untagged cars have also made plans to bring their other cars just in case they aren't able to bring their untagged cars. On Jeannie's note, DONT FORGET SUN SCREEN!!! It can get really HOT! The food at the track is kinda expensive. But if your one that likes your chocolate covered bacon then go for it.  lol. I would suggest you bring snacks and drinks. Water, Gatorade, tea, and so on. Also one thing I know wasn't posted on here. YOUR NOT ALLOWED TO LEAVE ONCE YOU ARE IN THE TRACK. YOU HAVE TO STAY UNTIL THE EVENT IS OVER!! You can leave if someone picks you up outside to run and get food or something, but once your car enters the Speedway it stays in the speedway. |

We always meet at the Ruby Tuesday on Bruton Smith Blvd. It's in between the Shell and BP/McDonalds. We usually meet there between 6:00am-7:00am. We leave the parking lot about 7:15am and head to the track.
It could be different this year, but that is what it has been for the last 2 years. As we get closer to the day we will get all the information on times confirmed, the location is right just need to check on times.

James & Jeannie are in charge that day, so if it's going to change it's up to them.
That said I DO NOT recommend changing it. NCHP tends to shut down the front entrance to the track at 8am, so you have to drive all the way around to get into the place. I know it makes for an early morning, but its better than sitting in traffic or taking the long way around!
James & Jeannie - I have the letter about when Auto Fair meeting is I'll bring it to Knights.

I just hung up the phone after talking with the Auto Fair guy - we CAN bring in non-street legal cars.
James & Jeannie - after the Auto Fair meeting next week go talk to Larry. He will have special passes for the trailered vehicles.

Seen as special cars are allowed, I am willing to give up my spot to a sweet car. Not sure if Joey wanted to come out. The RX7 would be a great addition.
I'm excited for the GC and GTR. That would be fantastic. We are looking good now.
For all the cool cars that will be trailored, I will more than likely head ya'll around to parking and into the track as we have done previously. Lets try not to get in trouble lol.

I'm thinking that we will have a couple extra passes. Maybe we need to see who has riders and who doesn't. We can get a few in the limo seen as the Formulas can't have passengers.
