Sounds like I was wise to stay home, though I would have liked to have run a "double" event. Were points awarded for both days?

Even though a scheduling conflict kept me from AMP, I love the idea of double event, double point weekends. I think they would be best with track variations like was done at AMP, but even if the track is the same its still a great idea. Perhaps we could rotate a double double between regions every year to hopefully increase interest and attendance.

Double the brake wear= double the points. I thought my new Baer four piston brake calipers would be the end of previous braking problems but since I melted the calipers at AMP on Saturday's short track, it appears that I've found a track that is harder on brakes than Carolina Motorsports Park.
