213 Preregistered........ you can subtract 2 from that number. If they won't let my 17 year old grandson, who has been autocrossing for 4 years attend, then I won't be there either. Hope you all have fun.

Equipment drop off is ok Friday night. Raley, no drivers under 18 on site at all. Sorry. Michelin rule.
200+ again?! Wow! Looks like the days of four runs are gone. It'll be a great day.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE go on either SCR or CCR Face Book page and down load and fill out the Michelin waiver before you show up on Sat. It makes the entrance SOOOOOO much easier and faster. Remember EVERYONE on site has to fill out one so when you pull in to the site if everybody in your car doesn't have it filled out, then the line gets long. Thanks in advance from the "waiver guy"...lol. See ya'll Sat morning!

We need to revisit the I-85 meetup plan and figure out a time.
Given the number of entrants and what I hear about paddock being a bit.. "difficult"... I'd like to get there early. I'm suggesting the Bojangles at Exit 14 on I-85 at 5:30am. Google says it's about a 2 hour drive from there, so that should put us safely there in time to get through the waiver line, get through registration, get through tech, and still get a chance to walk the course.

Steven,
James and I should be able to meet you up there at 530.
I sure hope there aren't any hiccups with this many drivers. Unless the 5 o'clock rule doesn't apply here.
Cmp to be honest, I don't even think we would have finished at 5 even if it didn't rain.

Honestly, I would be shocked if no one under 18 is allowed on site. Are they gonna ask to check everyones I.D. Including passengers?

They allow under 18 on the site. Just no one under 18 allowed to drive. Michelin takes their property liability protection seriously. Anyone coming out to a plant site is required to view safety videos. They don't allow anyone under 18 on a plant site except rare "family day" tours and at such times the plant is non-opperational. I work for Michelin and employees aren't allowed out there to drive. In the fall they allow employee hunting and a hunters safety class is required to be allowed to do so. They are well within their rights to do ID checks. I don't know if they have at an autocross but they do at plant sites. Would it be worth losing the site by letting an under age driver on the course?

Agree with you there buddy. Their site their rules. My point was more toward the site not allowing mommy to bring little Johnny to watch daddy race. But that seems to be a mute point as it is allowed.

There is a thread with it. I had a problem that the file, no matter which location I tried to download from, it wouldn't open. It was more than likely an error with my adobe reader.
