Is it okay to put a different driver in for any driver out due to injury? We have one team member who'll be sidelined at least for an event or two and have a substitute who has kindly agreed to take their slot.

I'll let the powers that be make the decision, but in my opinion one or two events isn't worth a substitution. If you look at Andy and Khun missing events for their teams due to mechanical problems I don't see why this is really any different. If it was that a team member had to have surgery and is out for the season, then sure, but the reason there are teams of 6 is that things like this happen and not everyone can make every event. Just my $0.02

Yeah... that's why teams have 6 people with a maximum of 3 scoring slots... to account for people not being able to make it due to various circumstances.
