SATURDAY NIGHT SOCIAL - Attention event staff and drivers! Matt Leonard has done a GREAT job of catering our last couple of events. He has agreed to a menu for the Saturday night social... how does this sound?
The menu is : Pit Roasted Prime Rib , Horseradish whipped Mash potatoes , Garden Green beans with garlic and almonds, Down South Banana Pudding, Sweet Tea / Filtered Water/ Soda (SCCA CCR will provide a wide variety of COLD beer). Matt has assured me the Prime Rib was taken from a tender young Dragon and will melt in your mouth!
Our event staff eats free and drivers and their crew pay $15 each person ... we will also be entertained with live music from a group called FIRST GEAR!
