2014 Time Trial Rules approved by National BOD

The National Board of Directors have approved the new 2014 SCCA Time Trial Rules for 2014.

Please be aware that the individual Divisions and Regions have the ability to modify and adjust these rules through their Supplementary Rules and Regulations for events.
