Hello Mike, Thanks for updating the '14 Season schedule! Could you provide some additional details concerning the July 26th date; particularly, is it a points event? Thanks in advance for helping, Mike Burke Asheville 828 258-2442 Mike, as TBall mentioned, the Starting Line event is a school put on by the SCCA for people new to Autocross. It is not a CCR event, we are just helping the SCCA put it on to try and get new people involved in our fun. You can go to sccastartingline.com for more info about the school. |

our schedule lists June 22 at Black Lake with SCR … SCR's schedule lists Sep 27 at Black Lake with CCR … ?

Should be no problem in the morning but from lunch on it will get busy , plan accordingly.

Triad will be hosting another zMax event on November 22nd, and CCR will be adding this event to it's season points schedule.
So anyone who is in the hunt for a season title, please make a note that we now have 2 points events left.
You can never get enough zMax fun.

I'm new (obviously). Am I to assume by looking at this thread that the 2014 season is over and that there will be no autox event until March? If I am incorrect, please let me know where to look. Thank you for your assistance.

Welcome Greg! A final schedule has yet to be posted, but that is a safe assumption. Once the schedule is finalized it will be posted in this forum.

First event will likely be towards the beginning of March. Last event is usually in November. Dec-Feb are usually the only "off months".

There are lots of autocrossing still going on Texas and Florida !!!  but for this area all the Clubs pretty much shut down in Dec-Feb because of the cold and unpredictable weather . CCR's 2015 schedule is out , Triad Sports Car Clubs , Tarheels , SCR's , NCR's , BRR's and Highlands should be out soon and you can start making your hitlist of events. |
