Manheim Auction in Stateville?

Playing Google maps and saw this place. Then I remembered something about PCA running at an auction site. Do they have an in with them?

We used to run there a bunch of years ago. Not sure why we stopped.

We did one event that was pretty good. Then the next couple of events, when we showed up, would have cars in the middle of the lot. We had to redesign the courses on the spot to accommodate the obstacles. In the end, I don't think that the auction could guarantee an empty lot.

I acquired this site a few years ago, but there was a problem with the auction being able to clear the site on event day. The auction worked very well with us to accommodate us, however their business didn't. Some members also had issues with the site, so we didn't pursue it.
