Whether you vote through the USPS or by e-mail, you will receive an e-mail acknowledging your vote. The snail mail votes must be RECEIVED by January 11th, 2016.

Hasn't worked so far, after posting in the thread, and PM messaging the secretary!! Can we get an answer, we have voted weeks ago with no response.

I'd just like a heads up when the confirmation emails go out. Voted on 11/19 and haven't received one. Understand folks are busy, but want to make sure that my vote went through and that the confirmation didn't get filtered out in my spam filter.
