Any plans on CCR holding another test-n-tun this year?
If so, can we actually have time between run groups for tuning?? That was my one complaint about the one early this year. We did our runs, had to work, then runs again, then work. There wasn't any time to make changes or adjustments.
Maybe have 4 run groups, with each group getting 2 or 3 runs, one set in the morning, one in the afternoon. That would give time to make changes and still have time for course work.
So, anyone?

The only snag with that idea is that turnout is low with most test and tunes, so there aren't enough workers to support a 4 heat structure.

Good point... The last one was nice, a large number of runs, but no time to actually change something and see the results.

If there's not a lot of people, we could always do two run groups, take a 30 minute break to adjust, swap parts, and then do the run groups over again. We don't have to run continuosly. I'd bet that with 50 cars and that format we could get 8-9 runs each, and still be gone by 3 or 4 in the pm. Greg

I agree...i should be able to do a complete engine swap in the fiesta in about 15 minutes...anyone want to swap engines??? I think a Lotus TC or a nice ZX3 Focus motor would look mighty good in it

I suppose I could give you hand with that, I'd be done 10 minutes earlier ;D Shane, could you put a 2.0 bag of Pinto Beans in that car and still be legal? Did you look at XP yet? it's in the 2006 rulebook online

Well, all kidding aside - I think I will stick with EP with the fierce Fiasta....it seems happy there and the wifey (Tirebuyer) is tired of it chewing up tires and gas - don't think she'd appreciate anything much quicker at the moment.
