with your SO? (can be your car ) I haven't come up with one, but some of you have already come up with some good ones. I'll have to sit trying to ponder this one for now. Post 'em up!

I don't have one right now, so if anyone knows someone who can actually tolerate racecars and racing, let me know.

Autocrossing is life. Everything that happens before or after, is just waiting.

"Can you hand me a bigger hammer?" Probably would explain my lack of a SO, but I digress.

A sex change operation might get you close. I am very lucky. I thank all the Goddesses & Gods for what they gave (give) me. (almost every week or 3) ;D I took a job 'I could not refuse' last week. I'm making special parts for the local race teams. NASCAR pays good. I recked my early retirement. Don't ask me what I make, all I know is it's shiny, very light weight & small.

Thanks guys.
Mike , I'm afraid if I do more to that old car, I'll have to put it in a different class. Then I would have no chance of taking home a prize.
Ken, I'm making bearings for muffelers.
And David, stay the way you are. I hear the girls say you're HOTTTT.

There isnt many things that you can do that will move you out of CP the only real place that you can go from there is a modified class and you are a long way away from that. Here are some CP cars as you can see you have some wiggle room.

And David, stay the way you are. I hear the girls say you're HOTTTT. Hmmm, I'm listening but dont hear a thing. The best advice I can give you is to stop looking for it. Run your life the way YOU like it, doing what YOU want. . . not waiting for some girl to fall into your arms necessairly. The last year I had to do the same as I was VERY depressed, gained weight, was just upset because i'd never ever been in a real relationship before. Sure, I was being persued by some but I wasn't interested in the ones I was so as much as it was flattering I couldn't help that I wasn't interested. I'll admit I overcompensated by not having anyone with spending way too much $$ and autoxing all the time to get my mind off of it. My grades went to the sh*tter, I was just genuinely upset and pretended to be the happy kid, as that's what everyone knew me as. And then one day, the car club at Virginia Tech (who I was beginning to get fed up wtih and their BS towards me even though I was the only female really around that was "one of the guys") had a cookout. I'd had a few beers in my system, I was there with my hair back, hiding under a subaru hat not caring what I looked like because who was I going to impress. And even though I looked like crap, emotionally felt like crap, and was genuinely upset with the way things were going, I met this guy named Mike. So, believe me. If it can happen to me it can happen to you. Don't close your heart but don't dwell on the whole not having a girl thing. Be happy with who you are because if you're not happy with yourself, how can you be happy with someone else? /getting off my soapbox. . .

Trying to be me is just what I'm doing. I'm just ready for someone worth-while to be genuinely interested in me cause I feel I have much to offer. But d**n this forum's about car stuff, back to the important stuff.

I totally agree Tara. When you are looking for something, you'll never find it. If you quit looking it will just slap you in the face one day. You need to be a whole before you find your other half
