My thanks to all of you who put on a great novice school today. Thanks for your time and love of the sport and for helping people get started. I've got a lot to learn but this was a great start. Thanks! Green92SL2

It was a real pleasure watching people make so much progress so quickly. Having great students to work with makes it easy!!! For those who were novices today, remember that on an average autocross, you will get less than 4 minutes of seat time in one day. Today, you got more than an hour of seat time with training from many highly qualified instructors, classroom instruction, a great lunch and all at a price you can't beat anywhere! More importantly, you got an introduction to a great sport and a great bunch of people you can learn from, compete with and fellowship with. Many thanks to Steve Rankins, Martin, PDawg and the officers for setting up this event and creating this opportunity. And kudos for instructors like Rob, Jeremy, Ed Brackney, John Byrd, Per Olaf, Marc Osgood and many others for sharing their knowledge to improve everyone's learning curve. Look forward to seeing all of you that ran today continuing to improve... and to see you teaching others as instructors in the coming years.

The school was great and fun. It is always amazing how much you learn while you are teaching. It was also nice to see so many of them return on Sunday to run.

Sunday showed us that a lot of folks were pleased with what we served them on Saturday. Thanks for all the work you and Sheryl (sp?) did in front of as well as behind the scenes. Hope Colin gets well quick!

Thanks Bill! Yep, he is improving and really hated that he couldn't come out and drive the new ride. Sheryl (TireBuyer) apologizes for the use of the term "hot dogs". In the future we will refer to them as "wieners" - oops, that won't work either......
Great weekend!
