If you went to the 2005 NCAC event hosted by Triad Sports Car Club, you know they did an excellent job and the event was a big success. Tarheel Sports Car Club will be hosting the event this year and we are hoping to build on that success. The event this year will again be held at the Greensboro Coliseum on August 19th and 20th. We are currently working on ironing out all the final details, but things should be finalized in the next few weeks. Heyward Wagner has been recruited for course design so we are expecting another fast fun course.
Pre-registration will open for all clubs on Monday, June 26th and can be found here (http://www.thscc.com/autocross/prereg_autox.html ). This will be a two day event and you have to register for each day separately. There will also be no Paypal for this event like there is for normal THSCC events. If you go to the website now, you will see a number of Tarheel members already signed up for the event. The reason for this is, these are our season pass holders, they didn’t get special treatment or anything. Currently we don’t plan on putting an entry cap on the event, but we will re-evaluate as the list gets fuller. Sign up early and we look forward to seeing everyone in August!
If you have any questions, please e-mail them to autocross@thscc.com

Thanks for the heads-up! Do you know if it will be in the same area of the lot? Thanks THSCC for your efforts.

PS: Will the Dog Show be held again?...I used to be able to name every nut...that there was...and it used to drive my mother crazy. - Harland Pepper

Mark CSP111 PS: Will the Dog Show be held again The course itself should be in the same lot. We are suppose to have the lot where the dog show folks were for our grid/pits, but pits may end up being where they were last year. That has yet to be determined exactly.
