I'm in exciting Salisbury to do administrator training at Food Lion. After a fun day (yeah right) I got to my hotel and called Soloracer and Mrs Vlad. I spent the evening at their place, checking out James' collection of old cars. It's amazing what he has collected over the years! I'll post pics in a minute...
Thanks James and Jeanie for a nice evening! Beer, wine, steak, corn on the cob and good friends... what else do you need?

First we have an old sports racer. James told me the name, but it escapes me...   James has the mold, chassis and a few body parts for the car. Pretty neat to someone like me that grew up working on a sports racer. Next, a neat Fiat 600.  A Capri that was NCAC champ for many years.  And the last shot I took, the Triumph Herald.  There were many Merkurs, a 280Z, Triumph GT-6, another Fiat 600, several MG shells, James's old MGB autocross car, a few Fox chassis Mustangs, T-Bird turbo coupe, Corolla and a '67 Mustang that looked to be all there and would be a great restored car! Why didn't I get a picture of that... oh well, next time! |

I didn't see any car flesh impaled on trees and such... close though. More pics??? I think I'm being punished. We, soloracer & I, (because we share the same home 'puter), can't read this web site ( & only this site) like we did before I posted international profanities. Oh well, Hopefully my "time out" will end soon. It's only been one week. Ken, the Nomarrow sounds like a mean, bad, killer machine. Looks funny with the free tires I got last week. A cross between a NASCAR & a Great Dane. See yous in Greensboro. PDawg, you're welcome at the plantation anytime. Look at what we got. Rich, Bring Sharon next time. She & I can talk horsies. Uh oh...zounds like James got some free tires.....hmmmm, as in slixx, I wunder??? that would be interesting.....cuz hiz wuld be lighter than my Slowmaro (more rust, I presume).
