I remember that episode; it was modeled after a famous fight scene from a movie that I did not recognize. They basically duplicated as many of the moves as they could from it. I saw a side-by-side comparison with commentary from Trey and Matt about it and I was surprised to see that it wasn't just something random but had an actual reference to go with it.
