Yep, SCR at the BMW plant.
It's true. The Swedish Chef left his cake in the oven for a little too long today. He was flying, though. That seemed to be a problem with a lot of people today. The course was wet for the first heat, and once it dried up people started pushing pretty hard. I worked the 3rd heat and several cars I watched +1'ed (or +6'ed ;D) on all 4 runs. Excellent course today, though.

On his last run he only "pushed" a cone. Unfortuanatly, he pushed it out of the box. I was amazed at the number of dead cones and spin out DNF's, rain aside. People were really pushing hard today. The cone in the slolom were I was working kept getting hit, but folded over so quickly that it would pop up in the air and usually land just touching the box for no infraction. Wish they were all like that. I wiped out a fair amount as well on my second run. But I carried the flag for CCR and won the tire class with a 36.793. No, I was not the only one. There were eight. But no Steve Shin or Tony Ignatz to get in my way! Hippie was there as well, and trophied I think. Looking forward to Knights! Greg

Yeah, I wanted to give my co-driver a fair chance, but I realized too late I could not afford to lose 2+ seconds to Jon K. I should have known better as he was also driving my Mini. In addition, I lacked inspiration as I had no STi to hunt down.

Cool! I saw a pic of my car in there. It's rare to find Miatas in peoples' autox photos. There's so many of them that many photographers just ignore them
