Stuart Kestenbaum and I can help with course setup. He will be here for the event co-driving my car, but will probably need to get his work assignment out of the way so he can head back to Charleston as soon as he can.
Also, if you need a second SSS for Joey, I'll do it.

and I did order the Insurance waivers, so hopefully they will arrive pre-event.
Presuming they arrive in next day or so, I will give to Dave or Steven at the BoD meeting, which occurs before the event.

Unfortunately I cannot stay too long on the 12th due to other obligations; I'd like to set up timing and run it for the first heat provided STX isn't running first group. OK folks...I will print this on Sattidy..when Sheryl does her registration printout, so that I know who dun whut...so, get your names up unless you iz shaggin cones or one of the other "shift" tasks.
BTW...we need announcers....4 of them...and they seem hard to find - so volunteers for that on the early list would be great.

I hope someone sees this before tomorrow, but some things have come up and I will not be able to make it out tomorrow to the Knights event. Eric said he might be able to take my spot for waivers but I'll let him say if he is or not. sorry if this causes any problems.
