Ok...I had all kinds of fun yesterday and last night. I'm not going to pretend to have been anywhere near quick (when I left I think I was 22 in Novice...ick) but.....I'm ready to go again. Next one's in October, right? NTI?
Just gotta find some tires first....

;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D Hey, I had a BLAST !!! I wanna thank Rob for the TOTALLY AWSOME COURSE !!! You gave everybody just what they wanted. A FAST course, A TECHNICAL course, A Fast & Technical course. GREAT JOB. I didn't hear any complaints, (and there shouldn't be any !!) It was my first 24, I only got to run from 2:00 am to 7:00 am, (starter died on me) but I got about 20-25 runs. After about 10 runs on my old street tires, I put on a new set of Yokohama A023R's, MAN what a differance. I picked up a second on the first run, and after (SPECIAL THANKS TO...) Roadboy gave me a 37 second ride in his CRX, I learned enough to loose another 6-7 tenths. I think I coulda got just a little more if it waddun for the starter... Only dissappointment, I heard Rick crunched the radiator on the Big Red Vette, Bummer, an he had promised me a ride.... You know that would have been good for at least 1 or 2 doughnuts !! (well on your first couplea runs anyway, after a few you woulda been flyin') Woulda been better than anything at Carowinds !! See all ya'll next month at NTI !!!  ;D  |

yea i totally had a blast, i ended up running 11 times and managed to get a 42.5 on my last run which i am extactic(sp?) about. and we had a grill too which we used at 2 am. i m so ready for another auto-x, they should all be 24hrs

I got about 11 runs total. 6 offishul, 5 practice I think it was. Tires finally came in and I was able to put a uick one on the books for an offishul run. Still can't say what my standing is cause no results posted.

I had about 10 runs as well. Coulda run a lot more if I wanted to. Was a fun course. I need to steal hippie's tires!!!
