Because the December Social has been canceled. (due to Christmas) This one will be in Albemarle. Wednesday the 13th of December. Sorry I did not make a poll, or even ask for your sugestions. We just do not have the time. Pontiac Pointe.. on Main. They serve 2 dinners for the price of 1, on Wednesday. Appetizer, main + dessert. It's an old car dealer. Should be a fun place to go. Is Albemarle in NC??? Is this closer to South Charlotte?? I hope Albemarle is in North Carolina. I think it's more than an hour away from me. It is south of Asheboro. My map shows it as East of Charlotte if you take 24 - 27. East of Concord on 73. I have to go on 52. There should be some good Christmas lights to see along the way. Bring a date, it will be fun. The January Social should be south of Charlotte, but where? I'll start a poll New Years Day for that one. |

I've been to Albermarle once. My Z Club had dinner out there one night. We decided as a group that the particular member who organized it thought himself extremely funny (and didn't even show up himself). The restaurant was close to closing when we got there...but was cool enough to let us stay and eat anyway. lol

There is always the acclaimed Flying Saucer, with kilts. Since this is intended to be the "1st Annual Anti-Social" we shouldn't plan on discussing anything of consequence - it is intended to be fun.

And on that note we move the meeting to the flying saucer. Hopefully sometime during 2007 we can get the club to become adventerous and try Pontiac Pointe. Say it ain't so J.b. yose is the one that will drive all over SEDIV for auto-x events. And ya can't Make Abblemarl for a soshul? |
