Great fun! It was good to be there and getting the workers out. Appreciate everyone jumping in and getting to stations - we were able to keep the cars rolling, which is what it is all about. Had fun riding with some new folks - I hope they enjoyed it too.
Finally, a special thank you to Prancing Dawg for the kind offer to drive his Miata. First time I have really had a chance to see what one would do - amazing cars. Really enjoyed it! Thanks Bill!
See ya'all in Asheville for the Gala and this week at the Anti-Social at the Flying Saucer!

Does anyone have any results or a link to the results from today's event? Stuart Steven was going to re-run the results output, the software lost it's mind the first time. He'll upload them when that's done... should be in the next day or three.

I had a blast! i was told a couple of times that i was the first person they saw drive a new beetle out there. LOL
Next season i need to stick to 1 car and not do a different one each event. Makes it hard to learn a car when you only drive it once. lol i had a blast! my wife did to after she got out of the car. LOL

Agreed. Great event, challenging course. I think it's awesome that CCR runs events at so many different venues--it's a big change from what I'm used to. And of course thanks to everyone for making me feel welcome. I look forward to next season!

I had a great time during the 4 events I ran with CCR this season. Thanks to those of you who put together all this. You did a bang up job this year and I'm sure next year will be just as great. Can't wait to get back in the car for the next event.

I had a great time this year as well. Unfortunately I had (2) seperate issues that caused problems (torn SC Belt at the first race and a cracked radiator at the 24hr event)...besides that the new set up worked pretty well. Trying to keep the car going straight was a huge challenge but then again that is where the fun is at!! Met some new folks and spent some good times with all the car enthusiasts...gave some ride alongs...and took some as well...even used my buddies Vette for one race while mine was getting repaired. Overall another great YEAR!

It was a good year. I won't say 'see yous in the spring'. We can hear each other on this board every day. I am looking forward to next year. Only a few short weeks away. New lots to play in. Different restaurants to socialize in. New people to meet.
