I've been looking in the rules and have found no classification for a 535 on R Comps there is a classification for the smaller 533 but not the 535. I ask because I'm looking at some hoosiers

Don't know your other modifications:
If it's stock, it's FS under the "5 series 6-cyl NOC" catchall.
If it's street prepared it's ESP under the "Other Sedans over 3.0 liters not otherwise classified (NOC)".

my modifications consist of .......................... an M5 catback..........................................and its dropped to Mtech specs thats it...

If you could get the 535i with those springs from the factory (and you've got all the other stuff that would go along with that suspension package on the 535i), then you're in stock. If it was only available on the M5, to ESP you go.
