Board changes - creating and replying to threads

I've just made some changes...

On most of the forum boards, now only members can CREATE new threads. The exceptions for creating threads are in Novice and the new Guest Lounge areas.

Non-forum members can (for now) still reply to threads on most all boards. I did make a few so that only members can reply, like the SOLO tech and Social section. Hey, if you want to participate in those discussions, register! Heck, it's free...

I don't expect this will cause any major problems, but if anyone does see issues let me know.

Will "Non"s be able to see the member list?

Doesn't look like they can... and I don't know if it can be set so they can...

they shouldn't be allowed to see the member list unless they are a member anyway.

They don't... and they can register if they want to see it.

I'm going to leave the Guest Lounge section open for a few months. If there's no activity, it's gone... I'll actually just hide it, but nobody will be able to see it...

So when is the "Solo: Solo2 - Autocross" forum going to change its names to just "Solo: Autocross" forum ?
