Team Subaru did great yesterday!! Yep...Rankins was 1st PAX, you were 2nd, I was 10th, Jeff was 11th and Dave was 31st (not bad at all for a Legacy on street tires in ESP...plus he beat Tim ;D ). |

Yeah I was very happy with my times. After viewing the Traqmate Data, the only place Steven beat me was on the start, we were pretty much identical the rest of the course. Top speed was 55.7mph in 2nd gear. saw about 1.3g's under braking and accel. oh, and you and Jeff had the same pax time lol |

Yeah, I've pretty much blown off running for HSCC day series points. I ran DS at the first event, GS at the second event and didn't run the 3rd one...LOL That's partly why I'm running TIR in the HSCC Nite Series, so I can swap cars without changing my points status. Thus far I've run three different cars in three Nite Series events (TDS WRX, TCSP Miata, TCSP MR2) and it looks like the 4th event may be in yet another car (TGS Mini?).
The other reason I'm running TIR is because I get home late enough after a Nite Series event without changing tires...LOL

Nice turnout...we had *nine* entrants from Team Subaru run at the event today. ;D - Matt in AS - Shane (me) in STS2 - Dave in ESP - Jeff in STS - Todd in DS - David in Novice - Ross in STU - Steven R. in STS2 - Vick in GS EDIT: Didn't realize Vick was there today...oops  |

I had to totally change my driving position because the headrests interfere with my helmet! ;D Really, I've never run well at NTI, but even the last few events where I felt the 'Kooks were going off were still much better, gripwise, than today. |

FWIW, Bill (who also drives a WRX TR) turns his driver headrest around backwards when he runs so it doesn't interfere with the helmet. |
