We are in this to have fun WesternAuto17. Your car looks like it would be a real blast - thus qualifying for the fun part. What did you decide on it = E/Mod??
We could use a Mod car in the group. Roadboy is prob gonna go play wid da Honders.
I'll add you to the list. I can always drop off as my son runs the same car and is generally a bit faster than the old man. I can still be the captain...thus freeing you folks up to drive!
I run the ratty Fiesta in E-prepared and you need to just come on out and play with us for now. Shucks - if you have a street machine suitable for AX - even in a stock class you can get a lot out of it. AXing a dirt car for a starting point is a big jump!!! But, I am sure you know how to make it all work!
Exalt for ya...I hate to see a zero!

Gotta find these shirts....perfect...simply perfect. I remember the first Novice School that i worked at...an instructor offered to the youngsters that if they were looking for a cheap hobby, this wasn't it - they would be better off financially to take up Crack! Yep - My drinking team definitely has a racing problem...

OK... looks like we are getting up to 10! I can drop off since we have two drivers in the same car - so is there anyone else? CaSSino? JB? Mr. Dawg? Now we just need a logo/sticker for the cars!!!

Am going to recomend that while most teams can only have ten members, Team BEER may have 12. Who ever heard of a ten pack?

twelve really slow cars on PAX may even equal ten cars on another team. ANTI-PAX- R US.

Ok..At the end of the season..I think we should write the ultimate Autocross Handbook...dealing with the real success tips: - Correct choice of hops for winter brewing during wheel alignment - How to use your car scales to level your brewing vats - Carbon Dioxide - Sure you can use it in tires, but it is better in beer - How to find high performance tires at OktoberFest!
And, a special section by Nitro C5 - "How to Autocross for less than $2500 bucks in tires and gas per run!"
Should be a best "burp" seller.....

"How to politely ask a fellow Auto-Xer to tow your car home"

I think in honor of the 12-pack, we will just have them all be Chapter 12!!
Yep - all of those are true and useful chapters - esp. the part about getting help from other AXers to get bailed out.
Go TEAM BEER~ This is gonna be fun!
Sorry to all of you who didn't join Team BEER - Ya had your chance!

I was going to offer up a meeting at my house next weekend?? It is St. Paddy's Day......
But I have bad news- Last night, at approximately 6:07pm, the keg has been kicked, I repeat- THE KEG IS OUT OF BEER!!!!!!!
Oh wait, my wife offered to go to the brewery Saturday while I'm at the school to pick up another one!!!!! ;D ;D ;D I'm thinking Charleston Pale Ale this time??? (I'm not doing a nitrogen setup for the Guinness, so it would be BYOGuinness if we had a meeting on St. Paddy's)

In answer to your questions, I'll deal with the latter firstly: Yes a helmutt is *advised* safety attire when drinking but is not required- and no, it is not a conflict of interest to discuss safety when drinking, because one should always practices safe drinking.
Examples of unsafe drinking include:
-drinking in the shower ( may slip on soapy surface and drop your beer) -drinking while driving (may hit a pothole and spill your beer) -drinking whilst cooking (may inflict a nasty grill burn, startle, and drop your beer)
etc etc etc...

Well I live in Huntersville (actually just 100 yards in Huntersville) north of Charlotte and ya'll welcome to come to the Bar and talk some stategy... I believe Mr. Findland can even supply the bar tender.
