Mr. Bogner ~~~~ I'm the brewmaster (captain) and i decided to step back to crew for Colin (who tends to be faster than the old man) and make room for other competitors...that way - you can all concentrate on driving quickly.
I think we should have some real fun - we have 11 glasses, URP - I mean Classes covered >
Tire, Ladies, E/M, E/P, C/P, CSP, STS, STS2, SM2, FS, and DS
Yeah, Bogner..I know you won't beer there.....bummer....

For the record, I drank too much beer this past Friday night, and so then I couldn't make it to a miata club tech day. I drank too much beer playing beer pong and beer foosball. And it was good. And I was happy. At least until Saturday morning when I did NOT want any beer. But it's ok, because Saturday night I had some more beer and it made me feel better. Which is why I'm on team beer. And bored at work today. But it's busy. And my keg ran out last night, so now I'm out of beer.

I need to pay who do I pay? Just pay either me or Sleeper. He can check ya off the list. And, despite our apparent low-class, drunken reputation we had the best prepaid percentage of any of the teams...buncha deadbeats....Oh..and we didn't end up in last place....but there is always next time.

OK - I know that this statistic regarding mileage for most Americans will be of interest to our Chief of Beer Safety -- Mr. Dawg:
A 2006 study found that the average American walks about 900 miles a year. Another study found that Americans drink an average of 22 gallons of beer a year.
That means, on average, Americans get about 41 miles per gallon.
Not Bad!

Except something tells me that our average Team Beer member drinks more than the national average, thereby lowering our mpg.
So that means we're guzzlers!

On the topic of TEAM BEER, I will be staying in Asheville this weekend on a romantic weekend with my wife. The beer part of that being that I am told there is a Brewpub with 200 beers on tap IN MY HOTEL!!!!!! So, while you guys are prepping cars Sat. to get ready..............I will probably be looking at gardens at the Biltmore. But after that I'll be drinking beer.

Dang...now I be thirsty and hungry fer wangs.... OK..a Foster's Oil Can after a day at VIR will help...PhFTTT...Glug, Glug....now to think about wings.
And - for those who have never been to VIR and if you like road racing as much as I do - that place is fantastic. Even has a hotel on site. Great facilities and lots of fun. If you wanna go watch racing for free (my favorite price) - volunteer to do something!
But, now back to beer and wings....Oh, and Colin sez I need to put 20# of air in each corner of the Fearesta...or Fiestada..or whatever we call that P.O.C. Lessee...check the oil....drink annudder Foshterers....burp....air and oil seem ok....hmm...where did I put the trailer....hmm

Stayed at the Haywood Park Hotel, right downtown. Just across this little atrium inside the lobby was the "Bier Garden." Let's just say that Derek sampled as many of their fine High Gravity selections as his non-beer-drinking wife would allow. I think just the high grav. selection was somewhere around 40!!! And at $4 for those fancy imports, I have ZERO complaints! But I brought back a Team Beer shirt as a souvenier!
