Waiver of Liability for Minors = IMPORTANT!!

If you are under the age of 18 and intend to be a participant in a SCCA event, you are required to have a "Minor Waiver of Liability and Indemnity". This requires signatures of BOTH PARENTS or LEGAL GUARDIANS. It may be signed by both parents in front of the registrar at the event - or IT MUST BE NOTARIZED if signed without the presence of a SCCA witness!! If you print the form, please do so in "COLOR" so it can be considered official.
