Just curious. -Aimee at least 5 - if you ignore the question marks around names Mark O. and Rob F. on the roster - 3 others were me, John C. and Greg - may have been more, not sure. BTW, Joe Downer should be removed from the roster - sold his Mini, bought a Midget, has gone vintage racing. Cheers, Jack Mc

I would like to see if there is someone who would like to be team captain for Team Europe. I just have too much stuff going on right now between work, personal stuff, and trying to get into club racing to be able to do a good job at team captain. Anybody interested?

Hey Chris... I'm sorry... I WOULD be interested if I knew i'd be at the rest of the events... as it is, I think I'll be MIA until after May 10. Or at least April 15....

Hope to be back after today! What I'll drive, I dunno! Team Europe still in? I've been slightly ... MIA.

I still haven't found a decent Miata. Any first gen. in decent shape sells pretty fast, and you have to look at lot of junk to find anything worth having. I bought a beater '98 GTI to get back and forth to work (saves me about $70/mo in fuel). I just broke down and ordered wheels and tires to run it in STS, so look for me at an event as soon as the back-ordered tires arrive.

I'll be there this weekend in SM2, if that counts for our team competition........... Maybe I'll actually contribute something this time .

I'll be at Black Lake. I will owe my $10. Not sure I will be any help in an otherwise stock Miata running STS2 due to aftermarket wheels. I've been away for a year since selling the Rabbit, and the Miata build will be underweigh this Winter.
See you in SC Brad

Cool ! I'll be at black lake also, and yes I still owe my $10 also. I could have given it to someone at the 24 but it totally didn't even cross my mind!

We didn't collect the $10 this year - so nobody owes anything.
I think we've only had enough drivers for a complete entry at 2 events this year. And we don't appear to have a team captain anymore.
Next year I think we'll need to change our name to "Team YerUp" or merge with the IBCCA or ...something.
Cheers, Jack Mc

Ok, glad I don't owe money or anything. What was being done with the $10 from last year? I had heard something like a rotating trophy or whatnot, but I am probably a bit behind.
Yeah.... I agree. We need to change our name ... and get a new captain? I know Chris said he couldn't do it earlier in the year, but none of us could actually be at all the events and be the captain. So, maybe it seems we'll be starting almost from scratch again.
*shrugs* The team competition is fun, though, I'd like to continue to participate in it, if possible!
