So what happens if it is going to rain all day as it is forecasted for this saturdays race?
This seems it would at the least severely hinder the fun....

I'm not sure what the race guys do, but we autocrossers will pretty much run in any kind of weather other than severe weather such as lightning, hail, tornados, etc.  BTW - Accuweather has no rain forcast for Saturday until late evening. |

I've never AUTO-X'd during the rain b4. After that monsoon swept thru the 24 last year, I did get some AUTO-X exp in the wet. I guess we wont be accidentally turnin on the wipers on Saturday.  |

Unlike NASCAR, road racers and autocrossers do it in the rain...
And it really sucks to be on the hot pits at a road race in the rain... cars going past at 100+ spraying water all over the place...
At least with AX you can be under an umbrella!
