In the supps, it says:
Can I park my single car open trailer at the top of the mountain?

Last year the trailers were stored at a lot at the bottom of the hill. It will probably be the same this year since the space is limited up on top.

Open Trailers will be kept at the bottom of the back side of the hill. There is a dedicated parking area just for our trailers. Those with enclosed will get to stay up top.

Thanks. I was initially confused because my trailer is neither enclosed nor large.
Just curious, why do enclosed trailers get to park at the top?

Primarily for security reasons. Generally, enclosed trailers contain more property than open trailers, so we want them at the top. As long as your open trailer has a suitable tongue lock, it should be fine.
