After looking at the results and participant list for the May Monster TT and comparing it to the entry list for Wolf's Ridge Hillclimb, I see that a lot of first round drivers are sitting out the second round. Class list of possible CTTCS winners: EP, FV, FF, SPO, SM, SM2, CSP, AM, ITO. This represents the possible classes in the running at this date. Also, if all the repeat drivers run the final round at Eagles Nest, then there will be only nine drivers finishing first in class and drawing for a one-in-nine chance to win a set of Continental/General tires. The odds are even greater for second and third place finishers with a possibly of winning simply by default. Brian Gause CCR-SCCA BOD TTC CTTCS Sponsor

Brian, Thanks for your effort in our club and through Continental for sponsoring this event series! I know a lot of work has gone in to this and all of us appreciate your work and Tony's as well. I'm just depressed right now...I just wish ....I just wish George Bowland could be at the Wolf Ridge Hillclimb so I could have some A Mod competition... ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D We all wish George well in his BBR Shark at Weatherly in the Pennsylvania Hillclimb Series this weekend. Go get 'em George...represent us Southerners well!!!! Ted

Ted, This is your chance to get to know the car without the distraction of George telling you to slow down to give someone else a chance!

Ha! ... George has really helped me a lot. I still think he needs to teach a course on Winged Cars on Hills 101... he has sure mastered the art form! I think if I keep progressing steadily with BANDIT, in a few years I might could pass entrance exam to be a student for that class. Smart money is betting on Stan Vann this weekend. He has been consistently closer to George and he has substantially more experience. (When he started running hillclimbs, you had to be careful not to step in the exhaust.... ;D) I think this is Stan's weekend. If Mr. Franklin is able to come in his Continental, I think he'll be in top 2 as well. If not it's Stan and his buddy Dave Cutchins in the 9/10ths FF. Also...watch out for Jeremy Cox and TJ co-driving Elvira... I suspect they may give Willie a run for his money even though this is Willie's second visit to WR. You will enjoy watching Mike Smith's Rotary powered Triumph Spitfire...known as the Abomination... wicked little car and he's good with it! I also see Jerry Hagan "boosted" a car for the occasion. Scott Franklin will be there in a Baby Grand...and the Immortal J.K. will be there running his TR6. J.K.and Mike Smith - I have a few bottles of this I need to get to you guys before the event....might come in handy. ;D ;D ;D

It would not surprise me to see Stan under 2 minutes. Of those registered on My Auto Events, I think Barry Durham and Tommy Richardson will be in the hunt also. See y'all tomorrow!!

Wait a second! Is this like making the cover of Sports Illustrated or Rolling Stone?
