So what exactly is the course length??? I have seen video and aerial photos of the past course layout, but nothing on length. And sell me on going to a level 2 event that many hours away.
And when do we expect a "rough" schedule? Hey and what about a website for the Southeast TT's that is worth something. I know Chattanooga region has the current year schedule but not much more, not even an updated points page(season ended over a month ago). To make Time Trials grow, people need to know about it.

;)The Time Trial schedule is a work in progress for 2009. CCR along with SCR are taking proposals to the SEDiv annual meeting in January for scheduling. Therefore We will have our 2009 Time Trial schedule available in late January. Steve Tompkins has a schedule for the events he wants for next year, but it is very limited and does not comply with the wishes of all. For example last year CCR held three Time Trials. This upcoming year CCR combined with SCR are looking at five or six events exclusive of Steve's SEDiv's schedule of three Time Trial events and a Solo Trial that Steve recognizes as a Time Trial. If we are able to obtain sponsorship there will be a mini series similar to last year.

As an RE 2009 schedules (TT and RR) are started on at the Mid Year SCCA SEDIV meetings and the schedule appears on the www.sedivracing.org/ website When the year end Jekyll meetings are in January that is were the real fun begins as everything gets into a heated discussion (usually about RR) about schedules. Steve has emailed notices about Gainesville Feb 14-15 and there is also NSS May 16-17, Crow Mtn HC Oct 3-4 already on the schedule. The TT/TT School at TGPR is to be added for April 18-19. There is also CCR TT/PDX/HC events on the schedule as well but this is the first I have heard the you guys would be "exclusive" or that Steve has ever excluded anything CCR from the schedule. If I remember correctly CCR dropped a HC date on an already established from the year before date and caused a big stink - this particular matter was agreed upon at the SEDIV meeting but it looks like some hard feelings remain and I'm not even from either region.
