I have no idea where, but when will be the last monday of this month! Sounds like we have a bunch to talk about: volunteers, improvements for AX program, smackdown ideas.
See ya'all there.

Usually it is either Martin or Steven I think who set the location. Generally NE Charlotte, which works great for me.

Shoot - I come from up at Badin Lake, just this side of Asheboro. So anything on the north or east end is ok, since nothing is convenient.
LM - sounds like we need a committee for the smackdown!

All right guys. I giving you the chance to recommend a location for the next socializer. I’ve taken on the job to select the location. Give three possible locations by Sunday. I’ll have the location posted Monday.

I can't beleive this. Only one person has any ideas about where to hold our next soicalizer. Come on troops. The last meeting was on WT Harris, surely someone wants some where else. Uptown, South ? Counting down, Sunday's not over. I've got more room on the dart board to try and hit/pick from.

OK ...South really won't work for me...but I can suggest Ri-Ra's downtown if that is of interest. Southend Brewery is choice on the south end. MidTown Sundries is another location.
But I like TireBuyer's suggestions better - I'll also vote for Hickory Grille.

Speedway area... Hooters Quaker Steak and Lube Either of those work fine for me. Both have a nice automotive/racing theme. I sure do miss the sandwich construction company that used to be on 49.

Ok guys, I just need a little clarfication. I couldn't find the Hickroy Grille, but did find the Old Hickery House Rest. (little concerned about parking on Tryon) Not certain if they are the same. So far three votes for Hickory Grill and two for Steak and Lube. Sorry, we're passing on Hooters. Maybe on an all mens night. One more chance.

Nope - different animals. you don't want the Hickory House. The parking there is atrocious and dangerous. I wouldn't go there at night without a decent CW. Really there is nothing decent or safe between Harris Blvd and Downtown. The Hickory Grille is at corner of Harris and 21. Hold on - I see you are online and we are trying to get contact info for you.

Used to be Harris Grille at 9010 Harris Corners Parkway. Old phone number was 704-599-9913.
