WORKERS! It’s that time of year again! The 2009 TVR/ALSCCA Time Trials Championship Event and School is ready to start the year off with some good times at the track.
The event will be held April 18-19, 2009 at Talladega Gran Prix Raceway in Talladega Alabama, 12 miles south of Oxford, Alabama on Highway 21
We need volunteers to work the event. Watch an event from the 2nd best seat in the house. We need volunteers for corner working, flagging and communications, right down to grid personnel.
Without you events like these won’t happen. If you have an interest in Time Trials this is the best way to get to see it all up close. Lunch is provided on both Saturday and Sunday and after the end of competition on Saturday there will be a 20 minute track session for workers followed by a social. Please be advised, that due to the tight timing of the end of competition and the Worker Track session, Pizza will not be available at the social.
We also have tokens for a free Autocross or Rallycross at any regular event put on by TVR or ALSCCA in 2009 excluding National Tours, Divisional events, Charity Events and the Super Solo Shootout.
Don’t worry if you don’t think you’re qualified, we’ll train you for the job too.
If you’re a rookie we partner you with a more experienced worker to get you up to speed quick.
If you are willing to help and want to get a free meal, some track time and a free Autocross or Rallycross entry for each day you work, email me with your contact information and experience.
Thank you!
