Don't forget the SWCCCR Meeting this thursday night at Quaker Steak and Lube! We'll
eat from 6 to 7 and meet from 7 to 8:30.
We will have recap on CMP CCPS TT and PDX weekend, VIR race weekend, future events
including Little Talledega GP Time Trial, Auto Fair at Lowe's Motorspeedway, CCR Novice
Driving School and Autocross, Clemson Autocross and Motorports Festival Plans.
And we look forward to hearing from our members what THEY have been up to as well!
Our speaker will be this week - ME! The topic is The Future of Southeastern Motorsports.
I'd like to talk about what's available today, where we are now and what I see as the
future directions we'll be heading. Do we need tighter controls, more or less events,
more rules, less classes? How do you get from autocross to Time Trial or from Time Trial
to Road racing? How important are sponsors to our clubs and individual drivers? This will
be a presentation and a discussion... I'd like to hear from some of our members on these
topics. I think this is a meeting you will enjoy.

after the meeting, we'll head around the corner to Frankie's Fun Park for some carting.
