Thanks all who attended. We had a great time. Many great stories, wonderful companionship. And a birthday party for Chris Rocks, er.....Ross. Chilly Willies' Van Dieman had to be one of the hits of the show.
Other notes... the special ops car, the nice Little Black Dress, (adult content, do not ask if you were not there).........the other SCCA cars, Pencil envy (this one is yours to explain Lee, hee hee)
So many memories packed into an all too short weekend with great companions.
Oh and Clarise, i invited friends over saturday nite for dinner. They went well with the bottle of a nice merlot.

Lots of prospective members stopped by our display. (Open wheel race cars do tend to attract attention.) Hopefully we'll see some of them at an Autocross event soon.
... and a good time was had by all!

Glad that everyone could come out and put on a good show. We got our laughs in all weekend yet again between people watching and the comments as always. Great group and fun as always.
We definately got some good laughs from our comments to happenings as well.
Now the sad return to reality.

Autofair was a blast. Thanks to everyone who helped get the car secured for the overnight drama of the storms and then loading the car in the trailer on Sunday. Thanks to Lee for walking the road course portion with me. I look forward to next year.

I'm always amused that they want the drivers to get out the vehicle to shake hands and get pictures taken, then they realize that getting in and out of a race car in a timely fashion for their pleasing is not feasable lol. Now if they lit a dirty little F word, then we would jump out faster than all get out, but not for the fun of it. lol.
Very nice looking car Robert has. All functionality and a blast to drive. He will be joining us again this year.
