Title says it. I'm looking for someone who can crew for me over the July 4th weekend at Roebling. Will be most likely driving down Thursday afternoon/evening and running practice on Friday, qualifying on Saturday, qual/race Sunday, qual/race on Monday and then drive home Monday afternoon. I'll pick up all expenses. You don't need any experience just a willingness to learn and the love of cars. Let me know if you are interested.

Good thing I asked you when the next race was. I'll be drunk on the Atlantic Ocean. My phone will be with me though. I was going to suggest getting ahold of Lee. He crewed for the Dave Brown crew of SRF at CMP. Did a good job as far as I know. Just be sure that you don't take an umbrella with you to grid. He'll leave it on the car. LOL you knew it was coming Lee.  |

I heard back from Lee and he is unable to get his work schedule to cooperate. Any word on your work schedule John?

First off AJ sucks, and he knows I'm not happy with him since he is going to the beach and I can't go. Second, Chris doesn't have an umbrella to loose because it's been in my back seat since Michelin.  |

Wait just one dog gone minute...(just now catching up with this thread)...don't go bustin' Lee over this, it's Mike Burke's fault, plain and simple. You know what a fuss budget he is about waxing his ride every night(sometimes during the day). I was in his garage and noticed the umbrella on the bodywork, driver's left. I gently removed it so as to not scratch the perfectly waxed surface, he admonished me that the umbrella was vital to his comfort on grid and it was to stay there...I placed it softly back in place. Mike is the Supervisor of the Umbrella, and as such, he must take full responsibility for its care and use...don't go putting off your management errors on "the new guy"...  But, I must say, where it plopped in turn 1 acutally got me to take a better, faster line through there so my compliments to Lee for helping develop my driving skills ;D |
