I have a question. I would like to put a sign on the crx stating that racing can be inexpensive. I will list all expenditures and total up the entire $1700 budget. Would that voilate any signage rules?

Much like last time I have been drafted to work on that Saturday  so I will only be there Sunday. Time to Represent the big cars  I may be in Red, or the T-bird... or a Grand Sport Vette. not sure yet lol But I will be there. |

Chris, that is sad to hear. You've been as busy as me the last few weekends though. I need to contact you about a guy I met this weekend at the CMS race. Very interested in getting into F600/new F500. Everyone he knows has already sent an email to the CRB also.

Bruce, I skipped over your post before. Thank you for the heads up.
Greg Cannon may be bringing out his Honda for Sunday. Robert and Dustin may be bringing someone else as well. Vanessa contacted me that she is going to have to work afterall. I'm working on a second car to bring if I can get it together. The engine is giving me a fit right now because I can't find anything wrong with it.
Hoping we can get a few more people.

I would like to request a spot in the Auto Fair if there is any space available, I am a soon to be member and would like to participate. James Farris, Jeanie Markowski suggested that I enter my 1984 Mazda 323/GLC into the show.

Can you put my buddy Daniel down with his HHR? His was the red one we had in the spring show. He can be there both days.
Also I have found the CCR banner (Thanks to Rich) so we can hang it from a canopy.
I can bring a table if anyone wants to display pictures of event's, cars or trophies? What ya think?
Also my dad is willing to bring my red camaro to fill space since we are short a few cars.

would love to come play with y'all on Sunday but I can't stay all day...how late do we have to stay on Sunday?? Sat. is way too long a day for me, but I might pop in to say "hi" in the early am & look around if Sunday can't work out...let me know, klb

Dustin and Daniel added to the list and Josh taken off. Thank you and sorry to hear. I knew the GC was going to be a struggle to get there. My SiR hopes for this weekend will be a long night tonight. Probably have to go with no turbo.
Robert, Awesome dude! If you can come up with some sort of display, bring the table. I can't think of anything right now. I usually put trophies on my car. You can gladly bring another car. You may want to see if you can get the Camaro and 240 both in the trailor. I still have not heard back and going to make three more calls today. Hope it works.
Karen, I think Sundays are typically until around 4 although they state 6.

Larry just called me. Hope we now have sufficient trailer passes. To answer another question, insurance, tag, or street legal is not required for trailer vehicles. The trailers go to the back of the speedway to unload.
Hope this clears things up a bit. If not call me @704 212 7099.

okay...I can't come for the whole day on sat. or sun...[who wants to prep a black car to show anyway???] I can be there @ 6:15-6:30am to meet y'all, & park my car in general parking.... & maybe ride in with someone??? I could leave & get my car & go do what I need to do around 11:00...would that work??? either sat. or sun. would be fun...Phil has a car I've got to see & hear...waiting, waiting, waiting...klb

We were all glad to be there as always. Today I'll be releasing a very special car, eventhough the paint looks like crap and the chassis is relatively unfinsihed but complete. You would appreciate it Ted. For what it is and O the Power.
I had the opurtunity to meet and talk to Larry in the morning, great guy and understandable. You can tell he has the racing bug, as some would call it.
The trailor pass situation in the future will not be a problem. Now we know how to handle it.

Just wanted to say Thanks again AJ for putting it all together and for everyone else who put in the time and effort to come out and mingle. We seemed to have spurts of traffic thru our area and I know we all talked to a few people who seemed interested. So all in all I had a blast and hope we can possibly get a better spot next year. THANKS!!!

Thank you everyone that came out. I know we were in the Black Hole, but we will try to fix that problem. We still had our fun anyway.
Robert, thank you for allowing me to enjoy that experience. I enjoy your car at any speed and rolling through Victory Circle was quite an experience. I actually got nervous when I got a few cars away. Had a nice little conversation live with Mike Joy live on the big screen, that was interesting.
