The F600 is not looking likely. I cracked the block at my last race so I am currently shopping for a new engine. I'll probably have the engine in time, but I doubt it will be installed. Go ahead and sign me up for the Elise for both days.

Since it appears that all the pieces are about back together, I am planning on bringing the last Z28, aka "the big red number one" out to the AutoFair for perusal. Since it no longer likes to play nice on the public streets, it will need a trailer parking pass. At at this time I plan on Saturday only but may decide to extend through Sunday if space is available. Brian Gause

I'l be a game-week decision. I'm on Vacation out-of-town until the Tuesday before, so I don't know what my plate will look like when I return.
I brought Z3elda to last springs Autofair. We had good cars and great response. I don't want this to sound over-critical, but I'd like to offer a few ideas...
1- Let's please give a little thought to how we are going to park the cars. We put the "real deal" race cars up front, and that's cool, but the cars in back looked like they were orphans. You couldn't really get to the cars in back because we had the front packed so tight, and it didn't seem to be connected.
2- Information - Our display wasn't easily recognized as SCCA. Can we bring an SCCA banner, and maybe a folding table? Don't we have business cards or Flyers to hand out? Maybe we can put together an event calendar with the website address and photocopy it.
3- Participants - SHOW OFF. We all numbered up our cars pretty well last spring, but prepare to show off a little bit. If I end up coming this time, I'll be bringing some photos of Z3elda at events, and I "might" bring my fairly limited and unimpressive trophy collection LOL... Treat it like the car show that it is.

Rich, you need to be more familiar with you facebook. Conechaser isn't really a mystery but I like it.
Eric, I need to track them down myself but national tours. I need to find them again but I also need to sign up for contigency money which is more decals.

There is a small chance the F600 might be up and running. I ordered the new engine today and they were going to try and get it crated and to the freight terminal today. If that happens I could have it by the weekend. Anybody up for an engine swap this weekend if it shows up by Friday?

I got the goodie bag from Mr. Gause yesterday. We have 15 car passes and passes for car owner +1 guest. However, we only recieved one trailor pass. I'm going to find out who I need to contact on that regaurd. Also, I'll be sure we are allowed unregistered and uninsured vehicles, race cars. I have a feeling it will not be a problem again. It appears that the Road Race and Formula cars we display are well liked. We get a lot of traffic flow for them. In the goodie bag was a newsletter and there is a little excert of Chris Ross and his F600 from the Spring show. It is pretty cool to see that.
I'm going to go facebook Willie about the Diemen right now.

Thank you Rich. I have contact info for a Larry, but that is CMS Event Orgainizer and I'm not sure that would be a good contact.
Forgot to mention that Saturday we are at what I believe is called the Nationwide pits, the canopys over in NASCAR 3 and 4. Sunday we are on the grass right on start/finish.
