What constitutes a "shoestring price" for "either a dual axle open or enclosed trailer" that had to be at least 16ft in length, Tony?

I would depend on the trailer and how much it's selling for. I have to stay within a set budget for this and frankly, I'm looking for a $500-$700 open trailer. The enclosed is probably a pipe dream as I've not found one for less than$3,000 anywhere. Maybe I just don't know where to look.
