First, a great big thanks to everyone who made it over to Quaker Steak & Lube. Now on to the next gathering.....
The last Monday of May is the Memorial Day holiday. I know that a few of us (me included) will be on our way back from the Monster Memorial weekend at CMP. Many others may have left town to avoid the Coca-Cola 600 at Lowes. So, all in all, not a good night for the socializer. Open to hear any ideas about moving the date and a location away from Lowes.

We could just do it the Tuesday or Wednesday after Memorial Day. Hmmm how about Buffalo Wings at Promenade (N.Tryon), or Flying Saucer (my personal favorite ;D), or RJ Gators. Also there is a Mickey's at UNCC: 10227 University City Blvd, Charlotte, 28213 - (704) 594-9913 and one on East side if we want a different location: Mickey's Deli & Pub, 9229 Lawyers Rd # 15, Charlotte, 28227 - (704) 545-3360 Just a note - The Saucer has a separate party room that is available with pool tables, leather chairs, sports on TV and of course:  And, it was kewl to meet David at QS&L, who is going to join us in some AX fun - great to have him on board and it is nice that the Social gave us a chance to meet him. O/C meeting Elyse was nice too....LM has the pics on the April Socializer thread |
