Built from a kit sometime in the early 90's. I'm the third owner. Briggs motor. Twist throttle, pedal brake, pull start, decent tires. It's been sitting mostly unused for a while. Sometimes it runs fine, other not so much. Carb probably needs a good cleaning. Lots of fun to ride, if you don't mind looking a little silly. Great for getting around at events. Especially good for bigger Solo events, since it packs easily in with your stuff. In south Charlotte. $40 OBO.
