See D'Amico in the morning for timing support. I don't want to assume anyone else.
Waiver help will be needed throughout the day during worker shifts. Instructors will be needed throughout the day as well. Those of you interested, which I know most of you already, get with me in the morning and we will try to split instructors up to cover all run groups. If instructors are willing to help multiple run groups, that would be greatly appreciated.

Listed are those working Tech inspection and those are the ones that will get credited for it as their work assignment. Done deal!

REMINDER: If you participate in the event as a driver, you are REQUIRED to work the event as well. When your scheduled shift comes up, check in with the Worker Steward who carries a RED clipboard when it is time for worker changes.

I am looking for a replacement Worker Steward so I can relax a little more. It is a demanding job. Get with me for details if you are interested.
For those that instantly think of what all I do at an event and cringe at the thought, I do more than the job entails. No you won't have to take up smoking, nor be seen in a trail of smoke running back and forth on the CMP front straight. Responsibilities are to set up the worker stations in safe locations, assign all workers and be sure everyone works, be sure the workers know what they are doing or are with someone who does. With my latest work assignment methods, it can be an easy task. It is just a bit of time throughout the event.

Thanks for the timing direction, AJ, yes if you can (have experience) and want to work timing, please see me first thing in the a.m. (You can PM me here too).

A couple of perks to working timing:
1. Hopefully a somewhat heated (if we don't blow fuses) trailer
2. Priority pick in run assignment
3. Stress-free assignment that never has any hiccups

... Oh wait... 2 out of 3 isn't bad, right?

And for those of you who would like to learn timing, not sure Zmax will be the right event, but certainly shouldn't be a problem if 1 or 2 people at a time want to watch and learn more about it (not in place of a work assignment). The Novice school will be a great time to actually get some seat time at the computer.

I watched Jocelyn and Josh run timing at Carowinds so I got my feet wet, but I'll stay the hell out of the way at this event. Put me at the top of the list to do some learning at Novice School, though!

If you want to oversee timing on your own time at this event you may, but if your asked to step out please be consider of the request. Timing training will be available at the Novice School for sure.

being that there are so many people registered already i could prolly use a couple extra hands in tech. all cars will need a fresh tech for the new year and dont want to keep people waiting. if this is some thing you want to help with please volunteer here or send me a pm.
you will be expected to be there on time so getting to the site early is paramount.
previous tech experience would be helpful as well.
