HVAC recomendatios for home repair?

Hi all, I have a quick question, are there any members out there (or know anyone that is very reasonable) that does HVAC repairs (specifically pulling a permit for fixing/replacing a gas line)?

My father-in-law's house had the gas line stolen (and the plumbing, because it was all copper). At this point we replaced the line, but the gas company said it needed to have a permit pulled and inspected, so need someone to be able to do that (and correct anything that we didn't do right).

Kirklands is good. My mother and grandmother use them for everything.
